Lamar County Water Supply District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Payments are posted the next business day at the earliest.

Online Payment

You can now pay your bill on our website at no extra charge with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.  If you are paying a bill on an account that has been disconnected due to non payment, please contact the office.  

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also have a drive through window located on the north side of the building with a night drop box for after hour payments.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Payment By Telephone

We offer the ability to call in a payment during normal business hours. There is no fee associated with this type of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.  We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
